Caution: A number of con artists have been using this site to search for targets. One of the main tactics is to ask for payment to be wired to an account and then deactivating their email address. Bright & quiet Artist Loft 13th arrondissement // mid- August to end of October 2024. Hello all! I’m looking to rent my bright and quiet apartment in the 5th/13th arrondissement in Paris. The place is 45m2 and consists of a living room, a kitchen a bathroom. Up a flight of stairs you’ll find one large room with two single beds, and a mezzanine with a double bed. There are plenty of books, DVDs and CDs available, as well as a wifi internet connection. Very well-connected by subway (Les Gobelins or Censier Daubenton): 5 minutes to the line 7, 10 minutes to lines 6 and 5 and close to many bus lines (91, 83, 21, 27, 47, 28) providing easy access to the whole of Paris, including the Jardin du Luxembourg, Jardin des Plantes, St Michel, Notre Dame, Palais Royal, the Tuileries, the Opera…. A 2 minute walk will take you to the wonderful Mouffetard district, with its typical market, numerous shops, restaurants and Parisian cafés. 750 € a week includes all utilities ; ideally at least for a 2-week stay. I have a one bedroom apartment in Saint Mandrier-sur-Mer (Côte d’Azur) available for a couple this summer. As I moved in US for a couple of months (Phd of my wife), I propose my apartment for rent by weeks or month.
