Only subscribers to H-France may post on this site. To subscribe, go to our subscriber page at www.h-france.net/subscribe.html. H-France only lists postings of housing offered or sought in France. Properties outside France will be posted only if they are being offered in exchange for a property in France. Subscribed members should send their postings directly to the H-France listserv (H-FRANCE@LISTS.UAKRON.EDU). It will be forwarded to the housing editor, who will post it on this page and distribute a weekly digest of new postings to H-France subscribers. Please allow one week for your housing notice to be posted. Be sure to include all necessary information: contact information, general description of the location, general description of the apartment, dates apartment is available, rental price.
This page is updated on a weekly basis. All postings will be removed after four weeks. Accommodations that are still available after that time will need to be resubmitted. The publication of these notices does not constitute their endorsement by H-France. H-France will not post any notices that are discriminatory in any manner.

Caution: A number of con artists have been using this site to search for targets. One of the main tactics is to ask for payment to be wired to an account and then deactivating their email address. This is still a relatively rare occurrence, but it has been happening recently enough to warrant this advisory note. The Editors of H-France advise you to use caution when interacting with prospective landlords overseas, even if they advertise on this site. Most reputable landlords can provide references from previous tenants or accept payment through a more protected means such as Paypal.

OLYMPICS, RENTAL OFFER IN AUBERVILLIERS – near main Olympic areas – available from July 26th to August 16th. Our 72 sq. meters appartement is located on the ground floor of our quiet residence, with an adjoining small garden, facing south, nice to have dinner or chill. The appartement is bright, full of books and plants. It is located on a brand new building and is fully equipped: wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, bathtub… There is a double bed in each of the two rooms, desk in the master bedroom, many toys in the other one, and an extra very confortable sofa/convertible double bed in the living room. Our one-way street is very quiet and located right in the centre of Aubervilliers, a popular, village-like community very close to Paris. Less than 200m from our place, you will find the Parc Stalingrad, the Théâtre de la Commune, an independent cinema, the swimming pool, the media library and the town centre shops (municipal market, supermarkets, bakery, cheese shop, bookshop, etc.). Line 12 takes you directly to Montmartre in 10 minutes, Place de la Concorde in 25 minutes and Gare Montparnasse in 35 minutes. The Stade de France is 2.5 km away, via a nice walk along the Canal de Saint-Denis or a twenty-minute ride by bus. The metro is 150 m away (Mairie d’Aubervilliers station), and the RER B station (which leads to Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle airport) 15 minutes away. 1200 € a week includes all utilities ; ideally at least for a 2-week stay.
