    A joint project of the University of Chicago and the Institut National de la Langue Française of CNRS, ARTFL now contains 1,880 texts. Use of most of the database is limited to subscribers, but parts, such as the bibliography, are available to the public.

Bourassa, professeur à l'Université de Québec à Montréal, et par Barry Russell, Visiting Fellow de l'Université Brookes d'Oxford, qui en assument tous deux la direction. La collection « Théâtrales » est issue des activités de QUEATRE, un groupe internet de discussion en français sur le théâtre.
